What we collect

• Founder submissions: your name, email, optional phone, company details, funding information and any pitch deck you upload.
• Investor sign-ups and profile requests: name, email, investment criteria and verification details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and page information sent with forms, used to prevent spam and abuse.
• Investor profiles: professional information about investors that is already public, with sources.

How we use it

• To review submissions and, with your consent, share them privately with participating investors.
• To reply to you and send the opportunities you asked for.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Sharing

Founder submissions are shared only with participating investors, and only with the founder’s consent given in the form. Pitch decks are never published. We use service providers to run the site and send email (hosting, email delivery). We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis and your rights

We process personal data with your consent and for our legitimate interest in running the directory, in line with applicable law including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where it applies. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [email protected].

Investor profiles

If you are listed and want your profile corrected or removed, use the claim form or email us.

Retention

We keep submissions while they are useful for matching and delete them on request. We review and delete stale submissions periodically.

Security

Uploaded decks are stored privately, are not publicly accessible, and are only available to authorised staff.
